We guarantee you will have a hard time finding a better property. The house is fully self contained and has been fitted out with you and the kids in mind.From the austar connection so dad doesn't miss out on his footy to the trampoline and swings, not to mention the kids only room. The yard is kids safe so you don't need to worry about where they are. Our beach house has 4 bedrooms with the main bedroom having a bedroom off it with double bunks.
All doonas are washed after each guest and either bring your own linen or it is available for hire from a local company.Extra blankets and pillows are in all the rooms. Linen hire is $25.00 per bed for the duration of your stay which includes sheets,towels,bathmat,teetowel and pillow cases. They also hire out highchairs for $10.00 a week and cots for $10.00 a week and bikes for $25.00 per day. From your modern kitchen you can see the incredible views or the kids in the backyard or just watch the television as you get dinner ready.The kitchen is fully fitted out with everything you will ever need and the large side by side stainless fridge will store all your food and drinks.Also there is a brand new bbq out the back so dad can cook while the kids play and you just sit down on the outdoor lounge chair having a glass of vino! Comments from the many friends who have seen our beachouse since the renovation have been completed are always " wow , youv'e really got that beach house feel happening here". We have fitted this house out not like most of the other holiday houses down here with cheap furniture and the minimum required, but with everything nice to forfill our dream to have the best beachhouse on the coast. From the beautiful wave paintings to the leather lounges, from the kids only room to the timber floating floors this house WILL meet up to your high expectations. There is sufficient parking for any cars or boats that you may bring down. This house is cozy enough for two people wanting a quite getaway but large enough for two families with the kids to not be tripping over yourselves.The house is all on one level so those with wheelchairs will have no problems and you parents won't be worrying about kids falling off balconies!
